DeepSynth AI is an experimental artist-specific multimodal Large Modular Synth AI for electronic music. It is intended to interpret artist intent, live media context, and instrument state, then propose PatchBee-native synth states, macro mappings, patch data, or other instrument actions. DeepSynth AI is not a preset marketplace.
The intended product workflow is PatchBee-centered performance and production assistance in DAW and stage contexts: prompt, audio, image, video, room signal, and current instrument state are used to create auditionable synth states inside an instrument workflow. The service is not intended for bulk, random, or automated generation of standalone preset packs.
You are solely responsible for the prompts, media, files, presets, samples, plugin data, and other content you provide to the service. You must have all rights, licenses, permissions, and clearances required to upload, process, download, perform, modify, publish, sell, or otherwise use any input or output.
DeepSynth AI does not grant you any license to third-party synthesizers, plugins, factory presets, wavetables, samples, sound libraries, trademarks, product names, or other third-party materials. Compatibility labels such as Surge XT, Dexed, Vital, Serum, or Massive identify possible user-owned export targets only. DeepSynth AI is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by those third-party products or rights holders.
You may not use DeepSynth AI to copy, clone, extract, redistribute, resell, bypass, or launder third-party presets, factory content, sound libraries, samples, plugin binaries, protected assets, or community presets where the applicable license does not allow that use. If you upload or reference third-party material, you remain responsible for complying with the applicable license.
Outputs are provided as-is for review, experimentation, and performance assistance. You are responsible for testing generated states before any live, commercial, public, or released use, and for determining whether a generated output is suitable and legally usable in your jurisdiction and workflow.
The service may limit usage by IP address, account, or token credits. Abuse, automated scraping, attempts to bypass usage limits, or attempts to use the service as a preset resale or rights-circumvention system may result in blocked access.
